I've had functional and beautifully maintained room with a private terrace, a nice balcony, for example. Its location really close to the port as well was top.

It has marvellous and fab location minutes from Gili Trawangan Turtle Hatchery.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was good. The staff were incredible the whole time. There were an air conditioning and a seating area in the room, enjoyed that.

The venue was set in the central position not far from boats from the island to Bali, restaurants and the port, the beach, the clubs and the luxurious garden of the property. There was a beach restaurant nearby...

I really enjoyed the city and hotel, would love to stay here again. The breakfast was free, the staff was outstandingly accommodating, the grounds were clean. Had good and unbeatable location right beside pier, a short walk to Gili Trawangan Turtle Hatchery. Besides, it was near to the restaurants and the harbour where the main strip is, and the beach and restaurants.

The staff was polite and understanding on arrival and throughout the stay.

The setting was magnificent, just next door to the restaurants and the harbour where the main strip is, the mosque where the prayer call goes off at 5am for about 30 minutes and boats from the island to Bali.

The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They treated us like friends rather than customers. The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the concept of the hotel, it had a unique and cool vibe.

The only minor issue was that the housekeeping didn't automatically empty our bin or provide fresh towels during our stay. However, if we had requested it, they would have done it without hesitation.

Its location was fab, adjacent to main shops/restaurants, and the port, the beach, the clubs and the luxurious garden of the property. Explored Trawangan Night Market, that is located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast had a lot of amazing food and drinks.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel had indeed a great and fab location right beside pier. I loved sitting in the beach restaurant.

Great vibes and cool tunes played throughout the day. Good value for money with clean rooms and great amenities like pool and air conditioning. The owner, Ken, is a good guy with a great sense of humor and always willing to help. The food prepared by Ipin in the kitchen is amazing, especially the Bebek Goreng dish.

The noise from the owner in the early morning was disruptive and the loud jazz/swing music played before 8am and after 10pm was bothersome. The pool was dirty and lacked a filter, causing skin irritation.

Don’t have any issues at all!

It was a really really nice stay for 5 days 4 nights. My double room was beautiful and brilliant. The hotel's location was fab, close enough to the restaurants and the harbour where the main strip is as well as boats from the island. It also was very close to the beach.

Convenient location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, enjoyable atmosphere, great value for money!
